Gaffney, S.C. (May 31, 2018) – Vinnie Miller is excited for this Saturday’s Pocono Green 250 at Pocono Raceway, a race track where he has found success before.
Miller raced on the track known as the ‘Tricky Triangle’ last year in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards (ARCA). He started the race in 13th place and finished in the top-10 on the 2.5-mile Long Pond, Pennsylvania track.
“I’m excited to be back at Pocono Raceway this weekend,” said Miller. “I ran very well there last year in an ARCA car and finished in the top-ten. I’m not sure yet how different the aero package that the (NASCAR) Xfinity Series is using this weekend will feel, but I’d love to be able to bring home a great finish for my No. 01 JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet Camaro team.”
NASCAR Xfinity Series practice is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. ET Friday. Qualifying will start at 9:05 a.m. on Saturday, and the Pocono Green 250 will get the green flag at 1:00 p.m. ET on FS1.
