Gaffney, S.C. (May 23, 2018) – After a two-week break in the NASCAR Xfinity schedule, Ross Chastain is eager to be back at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS).
Chastain will once again have the Florida Watermelon Association on board his No. 4 JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday’s Alsco 300.
“I’ve had a lot fun the past two weeks traveling to country for a lot of great, watermelon-themed promotions, but now I’m ready to go racing in my No. 4 Chevy again,” said Chastain. “I got a good feel for CMS last weekend in the All Star Open, and I’m feeling very confident for this weekend.”
NASCAR Xfinity Series practice at Charlotte Motor Speedway is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. (ET) Thursday. Qualifying will start at 10:10 a.m. on Saturday, and the Alsco 300 will get the green flag at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on FS1.
